1: Can I get a sample of your product?
Our samples are free of cost but shipping would be charged from the customer.
2: Can I use my shipping account to get samples?
Yes, you can authorize us to send you samples by providing a formal request on your company’s letter head with your courier account details and we can use that to arrange sample pick up from our facility.
3: Where can I view your price list?
You can send us an email asking for price list of required products by providing your company details (name, website and contact number) and one of our marketing representatives will get back to you with the price list.
4: Can you quote CNF or CIF Prices?
We normally quote FOB Karachi prices and Ocean Freight separately but CNF and CIF prices can also be provided once we have expected order quantity and name of destination sea port.
5: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) I can order?
Normally, we accept orders with a minimum quantity of 20’container load. Contact us if you are looking for less than a container load quantity.
6: Can I arrange my shipping for my order?
Yes, you can arrange shipping by yourself. We would need contact details of your shipping agent in order to schedule and obtain empty container for shipment.
7: What is the Lot Code or Batch Number?
In GVT Salt, the order number is also called Lot Code or Batch Number. The order number is an identification number assigned to a particular quantity or a lot of an order.
Our order number is a sequential number assigned to every next order and is never reused.
This number allows us to trace a product forward and backward in the chain, some points of our data are given below:
– Traceability raw material to finished goods
– Production run
– Date of production
– Food safety
– Record of each worker who has worked at each stage of every order
– Other important information and recall
8: What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are: 30% advance payment to initiate production, Balance 70% is paid against scan copies of Bill of Lading & Invoice by email. All payment transactions through bank.

International Quality Standards are implemented in our business practice. We have a number of certifications which can be provided upon request.
10: What are the different kinds of packaging available?
SALT LAMPS, CANDLE HOLDERS, COOKING BLOCKS & ANIMAL LICKS are offered in bulk packaging as well as individual box packaging of Brown, White & Printed Boxes. The artwork has to be provided by the customer for printing.
EDIBLE & BATH SALT has a wide range of packaging options, Consumer pack includes Standing/Standup Pouch, Cardboard box, etc., and bulk pack in 25kg, 50kg, 500kg or 1000kg bags.
Custom packaging can also be fulfilled on request.
11: Where can I view Analysis Report for Himalayan Rock Salt?
Analysis Reports are provided on request, if someone requires a samples to view our COA, Contact us so that the sample report can be disclosed to you.
12: What is the quality of electric cords used?
Golden View Traders provides authentic quality of electric cords certified from Intertek (ETL) under UL and CSA standards. Certified electric cords for other regions are also available.
13: What Should I do If some items arrive damaged?
If some Items arrive damaged, then you are requested to make complain in writing with reference pictures within 15 working days on receipt of goods at destination stated on the face hereof.
